102 - New London Open Plan Kitchen - Bramhall, Cheshire

Returning to us for their second David Lisle kitchen, our client was looking for a transitional kitchen blending modern style with timeless cabinetry. With their previous kitchen being a rich American Black Walnut, they wanted to brighten the space to create a relaxed, refreshing atmosphere.

Stunning softly veined marble was used for the worktops, with frosted reeded glass panels giving interest to the wall cabinetry whilst keeping internal storage hidden. Our signature secret door to the client’s wine cellar allows the cabinetry to run from wall to wall, maximising storage.

The layout of the space was particularly important. The previous kitchen was central in the room, with dining at one end and soft seating at the other. By positioning the kitchen at the far end of the room, we created one large open plan dining and snug area, perfect for socialising, and totally transforming the way the client interacts with the space.
