11 - Hand Painted & Walnut Kitchen - Alderley Edge, Cheshire

“Book-matching” is a term used to describe wood that has been split vertically to open up, (like a book), and expose the symmetrical grain. Doing so creates a simply beautiful effect.

Pairing it with a handleless design, like we have in this American black walnut kitchen, embodies a chic, sophisticated style and gives a real appreciation to the uniqueness of each individual piece of wood.

It was pleasure to create this contemporary, sleek kitchen which works in harmony with the stunning traditional Grade I listed building it resides in.
