The key theme in the design of this open-plan kitchen and lounge was “glamour”. The client sought a space embellished with contemporary elegance, with traditional touches throughout. The cabinetry doors have slim, minimal framing, modernising an otherwise traditional shaker design.
Focus was put into the metallic details. The silver leafing, mirrored extractor, pendant lights and brass studs couple with gold and silver flecks in the natural quartzite worktop. They reflect plenty of natural light to create a bright, refreshing atmosphere in the space, whilst adding that glamorous touch the client sought.
